When I was working on my series of drawings and paintings about the dragonfly in the fall of 2000,  two dragonflies flew into my studio, and they went out after flitting briefly around my canvas.
These are the drawings in which I caught that moment and a painting from that sketch. 

2000년 가을, 잠자리 연작에 몰두하고 있을 때  작업실 안으로 날아든 두 마리 잠자리,    한동안 캔버스 앞을 맴돌다 잠시후 떠났다.  위 작품은 당시 생생한 모습을 순간적으로 스켓치했던 것을 바탕으로 해서 그렸다.
