  개인전 오프닝  The opening night

  시카고 전시 첫 날 오픈행사 때 진행된 환상적인 바이올린 연주를 중심으로 진행된 공연을 생생하게 캔버스에 옮긴 감동의 순간을 잊을 수 없다.

중간 중간 휴식을 하면서 약 3~4시간 동안 진행됐는데 모두 공개하지 못해 아쉽다.

이번 여름 25일간 미국에서 다양한 작품을 시도했지만 이 마지막 작품 속에 모든 것들이 녹아들었다!!

  사실 금번 시카고 전시 첫날 진행된 라이브 페인팅 작품은 사전에 치밀하게 구상된 것은 아니었다.

늘 살아 움직이는 것을 즐겨 그려온 내겐 너무나 자연스럽게 와 닿았다.

물론 당시 필력도 좋았고 멋진 공연에 내 눈빛은 빛났지만 무엇보다 살아 숨쉬는 나의 열정이 이렇게 할 수 있었고 앞으로 더 큰 라이브 페인팅도 할 수 있으리라 믿는다.

언젠가 그녀와 더 멋진 모습으로 라이브 페인팅을 할 날이 오리라 믿는다.

  I never forget such a wonderful moment with the performance of the violinist Consuelo and my live painting at the first exhibition night at Prak-sis Contemporary Art Association in Chicago.

I am sure another big performance with a live painting day will come true!! Until then,,,,,

  Actually the live painting was not detailed planed ~ how to paint the performances on the canvas... It just happened on that moment on my hands and my eye. But I know how much I was eager and ready to paint such a stunning moment. So the live passion is the most important thing to do another big creative art...like the sun or the crashing wave...
